Requests are reviewed before acceptance

Tebukana coordinates approved local requests in supported service areas. Sending an email, form, message, photograph, order reference, or other request does not create a booking, guarantee availability, or require Tebukana to accept the request. A service agreement exists only after the applicable scope, price, taxes, timing, cancellation terms, payment method, and fulfillment plan are confirmed by the authorized parties.

Local service scope

Service scope is defined independently for each local service area. Some locations may be limited to pickup and local delivery of approved items that the customer has already purchased, while other capabilities may require separate operational approval. The active local page and the accepted request confirmation control the specific service offered for a request.

Items and instructions

Tebukana may reject any item or instruction that is unlawful, hazardous, controlled, outside the current goods scope, unsafe, inadequately described, or incompatible with the approved operating process. Customers must provide accurate item, merchant, pickup, delivery, access, authorization, and safety information. No substitution, purchase, destination change, or materially different instruction is authorized unless it is expressly confirmed through the applicable request process.

Quotes, payment, fiscal documents, and refunds

A confirmed quote states the service scope, applicable taxes, total amount, expiry, and cancellation conditions. An accepted quote version is not silently edited; a commercial change requires a new version. Payment methods are enabled only when the applicable local process is approved. Required fiscal documentation is produced through the process applicable to the transaction. A Tebukana service confirmation is operational evidence and is not a substitute for legally required fiscal documentation.

Refunds, when approved, are separate financial events and follow the payment method, fiscal correction, authorization, evidence, and reconciliation process applicable to the request.

Fulfillment providers and custody

Tebukana coordinates fulfillment only through an arrangement approved for the transaction. Pickup, custody, delivery, failure, loss, damage, safety, and incident responsibilities are documented in the applicable operating and contractual process. Providers must satisfy the licensing, insurance, safety, data-protection, and other obligations applicable to their work; Tebukana's use of a provider is subject to its own due-diligence and operating controls.

Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled according to the published privacy notice and the applicable local data-governance controls. Tebukana may share the minimum request information needed with the merchant, approved fulfillment provider, payment or fiscal provider, and other processors necessary to complete an accepted request, as permitted by applicable law and approved operating arrangements.

Problems, complaints, and service interruptions

Tebukana may pause, cancel, or refuse a request when safety, legal, payment, fiscal, data-protection, fraud, cash-control, item-custody, or operational requirements cannot be satisfied. Incidents, complaints, failed fulfillment, discrepancies, and refunds are handled through the applicable support and escalation process. Contact hello@tebukana.com.

Liability and legal terms

Applicable rights, remedies, responsibility for loss or damage, governing law, dispute procedures, and any lawful limitation of liability depend on the contracting entity and service location. The request confirmation or other counsel-approved customer terms may contain additional provisions. Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights or liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

Changes

Tebukana may update these terms as the approved service model changes. The current version is published here with its effective date. A confirmed request remains subject to the terms and specific request conditions applicable when it was accepted unless a lawful later agreement says otherwise.
