Public website versus transaction systems

This public website provides information and contact routes. It is not a customer account, checkout, wallet, payment-processing, or authoritative transaction system. Transactional personal-data infrastructure is enabled only after the data-controller or processor roles, data locations, providers, transfers, security, retention, and other requirements applicable to the actual local operating model are approved.

Information you choose to send

If you contact Tebukana, we may receive the details you provide, such as your name, business, role, contact details, preferred language or channel, item/request details, merchant or pickup information, destination, timing, access or safety instructions, and other information necessary to understand the request. Please do not send identity documents, payment credentials, mobile-money PINs, unnecessary personal documents, or other sensitive material unless an authorized Tebukana process specifically requires it.

Approved service records

When a request is formally accepted under an approved operating process, Tebukana may create records needed to quote, authorize, fulfill, document, support, reconcile, and resolve the transaction. Depending on the approved local process, these may include quote versions, authorization evidence, payment status, fiscal references, pickup and delivery events, minimized evidence references, incidents, refunds, and audit events.

Data minimization

Tebukana aims to collect only what is reasonably needed for the service, legal or fiscal obligations, safety, disputes, security, and accountability. Raw voice recordings, continuous GPS, selfies, identity documents, home-interior photographs, and large photo collections are not default evidence. Important information may be provided through assisted or spoken interaction and then recorded as the minimum structured facts needed for the transaction.

How information may be used and shared

Information may be used to evaluate and communicate about a request, confirm authority and scope, coordinate with the relevant merchant and an approved fulfillment provider, issue or link required fiscal documentation, process an approved payment or refund, reconcile records, handle incidents or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Tebukana shares only the information reasonably necessary for the approved purpose and does not sell personal information.

Service providers and locations

Website hosting and any future database, authentication, communications, payment, fiscal, fulfillment, observability, or other providers are assessed as part of the applicable data flow. Their roles, processing locations, subprocessors, contractual protections, retention, security, and cross-border implications are reviewed before production use where required. A third-party messaging channel is not treated as the authoritative transaction record.

Retention, access, correction, and deletion

Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. Financial, fiscal, audit, safety, fraud, or dispute records may need to be kept longer than other personal information. Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information or exercise other legal rights by emailing hello@tebukana.com. Tebukana may need to verify the request and may retain information where law or a legitimate obligation requires it.

Security and incidents

Staff access to operational systems is intended to use individual authenticated accounts and role-based authority. Sensitive values should not be duplicated into permanent audit logs. Suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, lost devices, leaked evidence, or other privacy/security incidents are escalated separately from ordinary customer-support issues and assessed under the applicable incident and notification requirements.

Contact and changes

Privacy questions can be sent to hello@tebukana.com. As the approved operating model and processors change, this notice will be updated with a new effective date before newly described production processing begins.
